Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger easily changeable of the dimension in the longitudinal direction of a heat exchange tube, the dimension of in the arrangement direction of the heat exchange tube and an interval between adjacent heat exchange tubes.SOLUTION: Header tanks 2, 3 are formed by arranging tank elements 31 that have header forming parts 32A, 32B and tube insertion parts 33 in layers in the arrangement direction of heat exchanger tubes 24. The heat exchanger tubes 24 formed separately from the tank elements 31 are inserted in the tube insertion parts 33 and are joined to the tank elements 31. The header forming parts 32A, 32B have a tubular shape with both ends opened, and the tube insertion parts 33 have a tubular shape with one ends opened in the header forming parts 32A, 32B and the other ends opened to the heat exchanger tube 24 side. Parts of the header forming parts 32A, 32B of one tank element 31 of adjacent two tank elements 31 are fitted into the header forming parts 32A, 32B of the other tank element 31, and the header forming parts 32A, 32B of both the tank elements 31 are joined to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
