Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a heat exchanger facilitating a sealing measure and enabling execution of efficient heat exchange.
CONSTITUTION: A first flow passage 35 and a second flow passage 36 are formed alternately by stacking partition plates 31 and 32 made of synthetic resin alternately. Corrugated-plate-shaped heat transfer parts 40 and 70 and straightening parts 41, 42, 71 and 72 are provided in the partition plates 31 and 32. Edges 60 and 90 of the partition plates 31 and 32 on the side facing a first fluid flow port of a casing are opened in such a shape as to make the first fluid flow port communicate with the first flow passage 35 and are so shaped as to close up the second flow passage 36. The edges 60 and 90 of the partition plates 31 and 32 on the side facing a second fluid flow port of the casing are opened in such a shape as to make the second fluid flow port communicate with the second flow passage 36 and are so shaped as to close up the first flow passage 35. Between the edges 60 and 90 of the partition plates 31 and 32 and the inside of the casing, places except the fluid flow ports are sealed with a sheet-shaped sealing material.
