To provide a heat exchanger having a sealed structure which reduces cost and prevents leakage of heat accumulation means.
The heat accumulation means 6 integrally formed with a refrigerant-water heat exchanger 2 consists of a plurality of inner pipes 12, a middle pipe 13 and an outer pipe 14. As a space between the inner pipes 12 and the middle pipe 13 with is filled a heat storage agent 9, when heated from heating fluid 11, the thermal storage agent 9 undergoes phase change from solid to liquid and accumulates heat. As water flows in a space between the middle pipe 13 and outer pipe 14, the water is heated by heat exchange with the latent heat storage agent 9. Thus, as the latent heat storage agent 9 is utilized with the simple structure, the cost is reduced while maintaining high heat exchange performance.
