To provide a heat exchanging apparatus capable of being operated constantly using a ground temperature or a water temperature as a heat source without using electricity.
The heat exchanging apparatus comprises: vertically extending triple piping 10 with an outer pipe 1, an inner pipe 2, and a center pipe 3. The triple piping 10 has the lower part buried under the ground, and the upper part exposed above the ground. The outer pipe 1 has heat-insulating properties and its upper end and lower end are sealed. The outer pipe 1 comprises a lower heat exchanging part 11 and an upper heat exchanging part 12, disposed respectively at the underground portion and the ground portion, for exchanging heat both inside and outside the outer pipe 1. The inner pipe 2 has heat-insulating properties, and is disposed inside the outer pipe 1 and in communication with the outer pipe 1 at its upper end and lower end. The center pipe 3 is disposed inside the inner pipe 2 and vertically penetrates the outer pipe 1. A working medium M is sealed in the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2, and an auxiliary working medium W is flowing from bottom up in the center pipe 3.
