Title:
HEAT EXCHANGING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3218451
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a large amount of fluid to be efficiently heat exchanged and simplify a configuration of a heat exchanger.
CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanging flow passage 10 is installed inside a heat exchanger for supplying and discharging liquefied nitrogen acting as heat transferring medium. The heat exchanging flow passage 10 is constructed such that a plurality of rows of annular pipes 18 are arranged, adjoining annular pipes 18 are allowed to communicate through communication pipes 19 at a plurality of locations, i.e., some locations displaced in a circumferential direction and both tanks 20 and 21 communicate with a supplying port and a discharging port, respectively. A supplying pipe 11 communicates with the tank 20, and a discharging pipe 12 communicates with the tank 21. Since positions of an inlet port and an outlet port at each of the annular pipes 18 are displaced in a circumferential direction, fluid is passed in a disturbed flow state while the fluid is repeatedly struck against a wall surface of the heat exchanging flow passage 10 so as to cause a large amount of influence of temperature at the wall surface to be received.
