PURPOSE: To prevent deterioration of heat conduction performance due to condensation of moisture in the air on the heat conduction surface by returning a portion of air in low temperature which flows-out from a heat exchanger, mixing said air with the inhaled air, introducing the mixed air to the heat exchanger to carry out heat exchange with a medium in low temperature.
CONSTITUTION: The air is inhaled to the mixed air 201, and mixed with the air in low temperature which flows-out from a heat exchanger 202, and cooled by LNG in the heat exchanger 202, and supplied to the using side such as a high pressure compressor. A portion of the air in low temperature which flows-out from the heat exchanger 202 performs recycle into a mixing apparatus 201. Thus, the moisture pressure becomes 1/10 of the mointure pressure of the conventional air. Most part of the moisture contained in the air is condensed in the air stream in the mixing apparatus to form minute particles, and said minute particle forms a core for the condensation of remained moisture, so the moisture in the air condenses in the air stream
