Abstract:
To provide a heating fixing belt having an extremely uniform heating area, where a heating layer and an insulating layer are firmly integrated, and also to provide its manufacturing method.
The seamless heating fixing belt used for the image fixing part of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus is equipped with the heating layer, the insulating layer and a releasing layer. The heating layer is composed of polyimide resin in which carbon nano material and filament type metal particulate are dispersed. The releasing layer is provided on the outside of the insulating layer or the heating layer.
