A heat-insulating health mat is spread on a flat place such as tatami, a floor, and a user sleeps with a quilt put on him or her. On a cold day, an electrical heating sheet blanket or the like is put into "warmer pocket", and a blanket etc. is spread thereon in order to prevent a low-temperature burn.
