Abstract:
PURPOSE:To remove the generation of bypass flow by allowing an elastic elemtnt which always presses a heat insulating element in radial direction to be interposed between the heat insulating elements for preventing thermal leakage of high temperature and high pressure gas and preventing the formation of a gap.
