CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating layer is formed by covering the upper surface side of a high temperature side tube sheet 2 for supporting heat transfer tubes 1 with particulate heat insulator 6 such as gravel, crushed stone, ceramic ball, fire resistant heat insulation ball, etc.
