This heat insulation box body 101 has foaming polyurethane 104 and the vacuum heat insulation material 105 in a space between an outer box 102 and an inner box 103. The vacuum heat insulation material 105 is arranged in the outer box 102, and mutual casing materials 109 are thermally welded from the side of a core material 108. A fin part 113 can be warped on the inverse side to the outer box 102 provided with the vacuum heat insulation material 105. Thus, the fin part 113 can be shortened, and since the fin part 113 can be set in a warped state, a space between the fin part 113 and the outer box 102 can be expanded. Thus, since filling performance of the foaming polyurethane 104 can be improved, work efficiency is excellent without requiring the fin-folding, and the heat insulation box body 101 of the high appearance quality without the unfilled part of the foaming polyurethane 104 between the outer box 102 and the fin part 113, can be provided.
