To provide a heat insulation box, wherein the insulation efficiency thereof is maintained for a long period in use of the heat insulation box, and a used heat insulation box facilitates a collection of a vacuum heat insulating material therefrom when being disposed.
In the heat insulation box 1, the vacuum heat insulating material 10 where a core material, a water adsorbent and an air absorbent are decompressed and sealed in a gas barrier laminated film is bonded to an inner face of an outer box 2 with adhesive, and a space formed of the outer box 2 and an inner box 3 is filled with a urethane foam insulation 4. The adhesive preponderantly bonds an outer periphery of the vacuum heat insulating material 10 along an edge of the core material of the vacuum heat insulating material 10 so that a bonded surface bonding the vacuum heat insulating material 10 and the center of the vacuum heat insulating material 10 being a predetermined width or more away from the edge of the core material of the vacuum heat insulating material 10 in the outer box 2 are not bonded and the urethane foam insulation 4 does not enter a gap between the bonded surface bonding the vacuum heat insulating material 10 and the center of the vacuum heat insulating material 10 in the outer box 2.
