PURPOSE: To prevent concrete from invading from the butt end face of heat insulation panels into a waterproof bed.
CONSTITUTION: A waterproof bed 14 is formed on a concrete slab 11 and a heat insulation panel is laid thereon and further, concrete 13 is placed thereon to form a ceiling wall, floor, side walls, etc., having a heat insulating structure. The connected end faces 12a of respective heat insulation panels 12 are provided with a step to mutually fit together. The setting concrete 13 does not reach the concrete slab 11 face through the connected end faces 12a owing to the steps. When the heat insulation panels are laid down to form a plurality of beds thereof and the connected end faces 12a of heat insulation panels 12 of respective beds are shifted a little, the setting concrete 13 does not reach likewise the concrete slab 11 upper face through the connected end faces 12a.
