To prevent the occurrence of chattering noise at a heat insulator mounting part.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a heat insulator mounting structure that mounts a heat insulator 12 to a vehicle frame (a mating member) 10. The heat insulator mounting structure comprises a clip (connection member) 14 connecting the vehicle frame 10 and the heat insulator 12, and a protrusion 30 provided around the clip 14 and protruding from the heat insulator toward the mating member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
