To provide a heat pipe and a heat sink manufacturable in a strong and complicated form with excellent productivity, and to provide their manufacturing technique.
A first heat exchange member 1a having a heat medium flow passage 2 and a contact face 4 is formed by pressing an aluminum alloy. The heat pipe and the heat sink are manufactured by connecting the second heat exchange member 1b to the first heat exchange member 1a. A pipe conduit for heat medium reflux is secured inside. A thermoplastic resin body 9 containing polybutylene terephthalate resin and/or polyphenylene sulfide resin as elements are fixed on the contact face 4. As a fixing promoting process, the first heat exchange member 1a and the second heat exchange member 1b are dipped in more than one kinds of aqueous solution selected from ammonia, hydrazine and a water-soluble amine-based compound before fixing the thermoplastic resin body 9.
