To provide a radiation heat pipe type heating device capable of obtaining an upward efficient heating effect by natural convection without providing a fan.

The radiation heat pipe type heating device has a double pipe consisting of an inner pipe and an outer pipe, wherein a heat medium flows through the inner pipe, and an operating fluid is filled in a clearance between the inner pipe and the outer pipe to constitute an evaporating part of a heat pipe for evaporating the operating fluid by the heat medium. The device also has a plurality of pipes projecting almost perpendicularly to the double pipe and almost parallel with one another to constitute a condensing part of the heat pipe for condensing the evaporated operating fluid in the pipes. Inclined fins are mounted to the plurality of pipes, and a casing is disposed to surround the inclined fins.
