Heat transfer fins 15 are continuous in the Z-direction orthogonal to the X-direction and the Y-direction in the vicinity of one end 16 and in the vicinity of the other end 17 in the X-direction, and provided with an uneven part 18 uneven in the Y-direction. A continuous side 19 of the uneven part 18 detours the outside of a heat transfer tube 20, and in addition, the heat transfer fins 15 are divided into small pieces in the X-direction between the heat transfer tube 20 and the heat transfer tube 20, and provided with other slits 21 formed in the Z-direction through which the air passes. A heat exchanger of the heat transfer fins 15 is used for a heat exchanger on the service side of a heat pump air conditioner and a heat exchanger on the heat source side.
