Abstract:
A chiller (100) includes a refrigerant circuit (110), and a circulating liquid circuit (200) equipped with a circulation pump (300). At the start-up of the chiller (100), a feed circuit of the circulation pump (300) is turned on. Thereafter, if a control device (140) does not receive a predetermined signal (for example, an ON signal from a flow switch (411)) which indicates that the circulating liquid circuit (200) operates normally, the control device (140) turns off the feed circuit of the circulation pump (300) and stops starting a compressor (10) of the refrigerant circuit (110).
