Title:
HEAT PUMP DEVICE AND HEAT-PUMP WATER HEATER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008070013
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a heat pump device and a heat-pump water heater capable of preventing liquid back flowing to a compressor without using a refrigerant container, even when residual refrigerant is generated in defrosting operation, and improving the efficiency in the defrosting operation by shortening the defrosting time.

This heat pump device comprises a main circuit 10, a defrosting circuit 11, and a control device 40 for controlling a compressor 1, a first opening/closing valve 6a and an expansion valve 3, and comprises a defrost preparatory operating mode for circulating a refrigerant in the defrosting circuit 11 and increasing an evaporation temperature (Tei) of the refrigerant flowing into an air heat exchanger 4; a defrosting operation mode for circulating the refrigerant in the defrosting circuit 11, supplying the refrigerant of high temperature/high pressure, discharged from the compressor 1, to a high/low pressure heat exchanger 5 and removing frost attached to the air heat exchanger 4; and the control device 40 for controling the compressor 1, the first opening/closing valve 6a and the expansion valve 3 for executing the defrost preparatory operating mode and the defrosting operation mode, according to the conditions of the air heat exchanger 4.
