Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat pump type air conditioner having a low noise.
SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises an evaporator 5, a compressor 2 switchable between cooling and heating operations of the evaporator 5, and a water-cooled condenser 7 for heat exchanging a circulating refrigerant of the evaporator 5 in the same body casing 1. The conditioner further comprises a damper mechanism 8 for controlling air flow rates of the atmosphere B and a circulating air C to be supplied to the evaporator 5. The conditioner is partitioned into a sealed chamber 6 having the compressor 2 and the condenser 7, and an air supply chamber 10 having the evaporator 5. The chamber 10 is disposed as also for silencing in a recess state for surrounding the sealed chamber 6.
