To prevent deterioration in a feeling of cooling by an operation interruption at the time of switching of a four-way valve.SOLUTION: In a cooling operation, a route of a piping part 18c→a piping part 18d→an outdoor heat exchanger 17→a piping part 25e→a piping part 26b→an indoor heat exchanger 27→a piping part 26a→a piping part 25d→a piping part 25i→a piping part 18b→a piping part 18a is formed. In a boiling-up/cooling operation, a route is divided into two at a branch point D through the piping part 18c→a piping part 25j→a piping part 25l→a flow channel 15b of a water-refrigerant heat exchanger 15→a piping part 25c. One reaches a branch point C through the piping part 25e→the outdoor heat exchanger 17→a piping part 18f while the other reaches the branch point C through a piping part 25g→the piping part 26b→the indoor heat exchanger 27→the piping part 26a→the piping part 25d→the piping part 25i→a piping part 25m. By this configuration, both the cooling operation and the boiling-up/cooling operation can be executed in a state that the four-way valve 31 is switched to the same cooling position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
