PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration of a heat pump by reducing drive components for recirculating a medium to an evaporator in the heat pump.SOLUTION: A heat transition flow heat pump 10 includes: an evaporator 12 for evaporating a liquid-phase medium 30; a condenser 14 for condensing a gas-phase medium 34; a medium transport unit 16 for transporting a gas-phase medium 32 from the evaporator 12 to the condenser 14; and a medium flow passage 38 for recirculating a liquid-phase medium 36 from the condenser 14 to the evaporator 12.
