Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater using a wavelength selective heat radiating material capable of increasing safety and energy efficiency.
SOLUTION: The wavelength selective heat radiating material having high emissivity at a specific wavelength region is used for this heater 1, thereby enabling to easily recognize whether the heater is operating or not and to restrain excessively increasing of temperature of the heat radiating surface. The heater controls wavelength selectivity of spectral emissivity by forming a film of the wavelength selective heat radiating material on the surface of a heat radiator except for a part of region and adjusting the thickness of the film.
