To provide a heat recovery type chemical washer apparatus capable of enhancing the removal efficiency of a chemical component and capable of achieving the effective utilization of heat energy.
The heat recovery type chemical washer apparatus is equipped with a fin type heat exchanger 8 on an air supply side for heating and cooling the open air in the non-contact state with the open, air, nozzles 12 for supplying pure water to fins 11 in order to remove the chemical component contained in the open air by air-liquid contact at the fin 11 part of the heat exchanger 8, a heat exchanger 19 on an exhaustion side recovering waste heat from the exhaust gas in the non-contact state with the exhaust gas, nozzles 12g for spraying a liquid to the exhaust gas when the enthalpy of the exhaust gas is low as compared with the open air and a closed loop heat transport circuit 23 for supplying the waste heat recovered by the heat exchanger 19 on the exhaustion side to the heat exchanger 8 on the air supply side.
