Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the heat-resistant cast steel for the internal parts of heating furnace, having a high oxidation resistance at high temperatures and also a high fouling resistance by adding C, Si and Mn and also a specific proportion range of Al and Y in addition to Co and Ni to the cast steel.

CONSTITUTION: The heat-resistant cast steel contains 0.1W0.6wt% C, 0.5wt% or less Si, 2W5wt% Mn, 25W35wt% Cr, 10W40wt% Ni, 0.3W1wt% Al, 0.005W 1wt% Y (in a proportion range of Al+Y≤1.5wt%), and Fe as the principal.
