To provide a heat-resistant nonwoven fabric that has a high strength retention ratio during heating exposure, does not require heat treatment in a post-processing for strength retention and dimension stabilization after forming a nonwoven fabric, is easily produced, has a high strength retention ratio during heating exposure even if a sulfide bond of -S- is oxidized and an oxygenated functional group such as -SO- is lightly contained and has excellent physical properties such as dimensional stability, heat resistance, chemical resistance and comprises a PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) fiber.
The heat-resistant nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric composed of a polyphenylene sulfide fiber of straight-chain polyphenylene sulfide having a melt flow rate (MFR) of 10-1,000 g/10 minutes, in which 30 wt.% or more of the fibers have a fiber having a degree of crystallization of 25-50% and 85 atomic% or more of a sulfide bond of sulfur (-S-) when comparing the comparison between sulfur (-S-) and sulfur oxide components (-SO
