Abstract:

PURPOSE: To increase the resistance to the high temperature elongate deformation of such a pipe body used in high temperature environment as an ethylene cracking tube, etc.

CONSTITUTION: An elementary pipe consists of a centrifugal force casted pipe body P made of the heat-resistive casted steel, and on the outside surface, a welding padded layer W which is made of the heat-resistive alloy having the high temperature strength higher than that of the pipe body and has the streak shape such as spiral shape is formed. The kinds of the material of the elementary pipe are selected from the HK40 material (0.4C-20Ni-25Cr-Fe), HP material (0.4C-35Ni-25Cr-Fe), and so on, and the welding padded material are selected from among the Ni-based alloy such as 0.5C-35Ni-26Cr-15Co-5W-Fe, 0.45C-50Ni-30Cr-13W-Fe, 12Cr-5Mo-5Al-0.5Ti-Ni, the Ni-based alloy of 10Cr-15 Co-3Mo-5Al-5Ti-Ni, and so on.
