PURPOSE: To surely prevent paper from winding round a heat roller or paper jamming from occurring.
CONSTITUTION: Two heat rollers 2 and 3 and two pressure rollers 4 and 5 opposed to the respective rollers 2 and 3 by putting a feeding path for a recording medium (paper) 1 between them are arranged along the feeding path. The respective rollers 2 and 3 have large diameter parts 2a and 3a and small diameter parts 2b and 3b, respectively, and they are arranged at positions where the large diameter part 2a or 3a of either roller corresponds to the small diameter part 2b or 3b of the other with nearly the same width, and a separation pawl 6 is arranged to be opposed to the small diameter part 3b of the roller 3 on a feeding destination side so that the tip of the pawl 6 may be positioned on an inner side than the outer peripheral surface of the roller 3.
