Title:
HEAT-SENSITIVE INK AND TEMPERATURE HYSTERESIS INDICATOR USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002294127
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a heat-sensitive ink used for mass-producing a temperature hysteresis indicator which can correctly indicate whether or not it has a temperature hysteresis exceeding a certain temperature, by the change in color tone, and which can be stored without further changing the color tone.

The heat-sensitive ink contains a particulate or powdery, thermally meltable substance having a melting point equal to the temperature to be recorded, a particulate or powdery colorant diffusable in the thermal melt of the thermally meltable substance by dispersion or dissolution, and an ink vehicle capable of diffusing the thermal melt of the thermally meltable substance.
