Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin housing which is excellent in heat shielding property and is to be used outdoors.SOLUTION: The resin housing for outdoor installation is obtained by molding a resin composition characterized by comprising (A) 70-97 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin (A component) and (B) 3-30 parts by weight of titanium oxide (B component) surface-treated with an organic substance and having an average particle diameter of 0.5-5.0 μm. The resin housing for outdoor installation has a solar reflectance of 80% or higher in a near-infrared region.
