Title:
HEAT SHRINKABLE PACKAGING FILM AND CAP SEALING METHOD USING THE FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2935015
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable packaging film for completely preventing incorrect use or stain with utility by packaging an object with very high sealability and beautiful appearance and particularly using for a cap seal of a liquor bottle.
SOLUTION: The heat shrinkable packaging film is obtained by adhering a heat shrinkable film 1 and a substantially non-heat shrinkable film 5 having a metal thin film layer 4 via an adhesive layer 2. In this case, the film 1 is formed of uniaxially oriented film having a thickness of 30 to 70μm. The layer 2 is formed so that an adhesive part and a non-adhesive part are linearly alternately existed in a direction substantially perpendicular to a direction having shrinkability of the film 1 in the layer 2. A ratio of the widths of the adhesive part 2a to the non-adhesive part 2b is 2:8 to 6:4, and a repeating unit (total width) of the adhesive part and the non-adhesive part is 1.0 to 2.0mm. However, the width of the adhesive part is preferably 0.4mm or more, and in the case of using for a cap seal, the heat shrinkable film is preferably disposed at an inside.
