Abstract:
To provide a heat sink which can efficiently radiate heat of a heating element, and which also allows a reduction in manufacture cost.SOLUTION: A heat sink comprises a tabular base part and a plurality of radiation fins. A heating element is fitted to one surface of the base part. The plurality of radiation fins, aligned in one direction, is erected from the other surface of the base part which is opposite to the one surface, with at least one of them erected obliquely with respect to the other surface. A distance between the adjacent radiation fins, including those erected obliquely, is greater on a distal side, which is opposite to the base part side, than it is on a proximal side, which is the base part side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
