Title:
HEAT SOURCE DEVICE FOR STIRLING ENGINE GENERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014214994
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source device for stirling engine generator that is superior in view of environmental state by restricting occurrence of soot under excessive combustion of wooden biomass and by making no-smoke and no-odor situation.SOLUTION: There is provided an inner cylinder 9 having a smaller inner diameter than an inner diameter of a combustion cylinder 1 while attaining a clearance above the combustion cylinder 1 for use in covering a metering cylindrical member 8, a top plate 17 is arranged at a top part of an outer cylinder 2 enclosing while keeping certain spaces at the outer circumference of the inner cylinder as well as above it and in turn there is provided an opening 18 near the lower part of an outer cylinder and a location raised from the bottom part of the outer cylinder and an exhaust cylinder 3 is connected to it, an ash reservoir 2a is formed at a position lower than the side opening of the outer cylinder and at the same time a clearance between the upper part and the lower part of the metering cylindrical member can be adjusted, an amount of air flowing inward from the clearance between each of the upper part and lower part is adjusted to prevent an excessive combustion of combustion gas fed into a heat receiving part 5 of the sterling engine generator 4 from being produced.
