Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a heat storage vessel which can be so manufactured as to have a high strength and which can increase the efficiency of heat exchange with an air flow.
CONSTITUTION: In a heat storage vessel constituted of a rectangularplate-shaped heat storage vessel which has an injection port part 1 provided in one end part and is formed so that a heat storage material can be held inside, projecting parts 4 for spacers bulging outward from the vessel are provided in juxtaposition in a plurality of rows in the width direction and in a plurality of columns in the length direction in the respective outside parts of plate- shaped peripheral wall parts 3 being opposed to each other in the thickness direction of the vessel main body A1. Besides, junction parts 6 joining the two opposed plate-shaped peripheral wall parts 3 integrally inside the vessel main body A1 are provided in the plate- shaped peripheral wall parts 3 between the projecting parts 4 in the length direction of the vessel main body A1, while a plurality of crease-shaped bulging parts 8 formed along the width direction of the plate-shaped peripheral wall parts are provided in juxtaposition in the length direction of the vessel main body A1 in the outer peripheral surfaces of the parts 3 between the projecting parts 4 in the width direction of the vessel main body A1. The maximum height of projection of the crease-shaped bulging parts 8 from the outer surface of the vessel main body A1 is made to be lower than the height of bulging of the projecting parts 4 for spacers.
