To provide a heat storing and radiating system capable of supplying a heat radiating heat exchanger with the heat storage water of a requested temperature and a flow rate.
A circulating line 2 is provided with an exhaust-heat heat exchanger 5 heating the heat storage water A1 flowing through the circulating line 2 with cooling water A2 carrying the exhaust heat of a heat supply device 4, and a heat radiating heat exchanger 6 radiating the heat of the heat storage water A1 after having passed through the exhaust-heat heat exchanger 5. An exhaust-heat heat exchanger by-pass line 13 is formed for allowing the heat storage water A1 taken out to the circulating line 2 from a heat storage tank 1 to by-pass the exhaust-heat heat exchanger 5 and to flow through the heat radiating heat exchanger 6. A heat storage water circulating means 3 is constituted to be switched into a total flow-through state of circulating the heat storage water A1 in a form of allowing the total amount of the heat storage water A1 taken out of the heat storage tank 1 to flow through the exhaust-heat heat exchanger 5, and a partial flow-through state of circulating the heat storage water A1 in a form of allowing a part of the heat storage water A1 taken out of the heat storage tank 1 to flow through the exhaust-heat heat exchanger by-pass line 13.
