Title:
HEAT TRANSFER INK SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58208093
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To conserve required energy, by using synthetic resin having a filler good in heat conductivity uniformly dispersed therein as an ink sheet base.

CONSTITUTION: An ink 2 is applied onto a film like ink sheet base 8 wherein a filler good in heat conductivity is uniformly dispersed in synthetic resin. Said ink sheet 8 is obtained, for example, by a method wherein carbon black is mixed in polyester resin as the filler to prepare a mixture which is in turn melted to be formed into a film. Therefore, as compared to a conventional ink sheet base comprising only polyester resin, heat conductivity is remarkably increased. In addition, as the filler 7, other than carbon black as a nonmetal, a fine powder comprising iron, copper or Al as a metal is used.
