Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment apparatus and a heat treatment apparatus control program which are capable of calculating the surface temperature of a workpiece stored in a furnace at high precision without depending on the mass of the workpiece.SOLUTION: A heat treatment apparatus 1 comprises a furnace 10 which has plural heaters 12 for heating a space 16 surrounded by a furnace 11 and a furnace wall 11, a first temperature measurement part 13 which is provided at a position p1 in the space 16 and measures the temperature of the position p1, a second temperature measurement part 14 which is provided at a position p2 different from the position p1 in the space 16 and measures the temperature of the position p2 and a workpiece surface temperature calculation part 23 for calculating the surface temperature Tw of the workpiece in accordance with the solid angle of a constituent in the space 16 with respect to the first temperature measurement part 13, the solid angle of the constituent with respect to the second temperature measurement part 14 and the temperature measurement results of the first temperature measurement part 13 and the second temperature measurement part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
