Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment apparatus that when an object to be treated is transported into a heat treating furnace and is then supported by a supporting material, prevents a thermal shock from being generated on the member to be treated.SOLUTION: A heat treatment apparatus comprises: a heat treating furnace that forms a heat treatment space; a supporting material provided in the heat treatment space; a transporting device that after transporting an object to be treated from the outside of the heat treatment space to the inside of the heat treatment space, makes the supporting material support the object to be treated; and a temperature detection device for detecting a temperature of the object to be treated transported in the heat treatment apparatus by the transporting device. On the basis of the temperature detected by the temperature detection device, the transporting device determines timing at which the transporting device is to make the supporting material support the object to be treated transported in the heat treatment apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
