Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment device capable of suppressing the feed of a low temperature fluid causing humidity into a heat treatment furnace.SOLUTION: A heat treatment device 1 comprises: a fluid passage 10 including a feed passage 11 feeding a superheated steam from a superheated steam generator 2 to a heat treatment furnace 3 and an exhaust passage 12; an introduction valve 20 switching a feed state of feeding a fluid from an upstream part 11c to a downstream part 11d in the feed passage 11 and an exhaust state of exhausting the fluid from the upstream part 11c; and a temperature sensor 5. A passage length L2 of the downstream part 11d is shorter than a passage length L1 of the upstream part 11c. The temperature sensor 5 measures a fluid temperature in the vicinity of the introduction valve 20. When a detection temperature T1 of the temperature sensor 5 is equal to or less than a first set temperature Th1, the exhaust state is made, and when it exceeds the first set temperature Th1, the feed state is made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
