Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating processing mode for economically recovering the quantity of heat of dry exhaust gas generated by an indirect heating drier to use the recovered quantity of heat as a heat source for the drier.SOLUTION: A heating processing facility includes: the indirect heating drier 3 which uses steam as a heating source and dries an article to be processed including moisture and an organic material; and heating processing equipment 16 for heating the article dried by the drier 3. The heating processing facility further includes: steam generation units 9, 10 and 11 for recovering heat of dry exhaust gas generated at the indirect heating drier 3 to generate steam; a first pressure increasing unit 13 for increasing the pressure of the steam generated by the steam generation unit; a steam boiler 19 for generating steam by using at least one of combustible gas and combustion waste gas generated at the heating processing equipment 16 as a heat source; a second pressure increasing unit 12 for further increasing the steam pressure-increased by the first pressure increasing unit 13, by using steam generated at the steam boiler 19 as a driving source; and a heating source providing the pressure-increased steam generated at the second pressure increasing unit 12 for drying the article to be processed at the indirect heating drier 3.
