Abstract:
A heat treatment apparatus (1) includes: a heat exchange unit (101); a space-forming part (122) having a space facing channel openings (150c); a first opening (122a) located in the space-forming part (122) and having a first aperture (181g); a flow-regulating part (170) installed in the space in the space-forming part (122) to regulate a flow of the first fluid; and an attachment part (180) for removably attaching the flow-regulating part (170) through the first aperture (181g), wherein the space in the space-forming part (122) is a space in which the first fluid led out of the respective channel openings (150c) flows together, or a space from which the first fluid flowing together is introduced to the respective channel openings (150c), and in a state in which the flow-regulating part (170) is fixed in the space-forming part (122), the flow-regulating part (170) is opposed to the plural channel openings (150c).
