Abstract:
To effectively utilize heat of a high-temperature treating object subjected to a heat treatment when heating a low-temperature treating object before the heat treatment while cooling the heat-treated high-temperature treating object.SOLUTION: A heat treatment facility is provided with, as a treatment chamber for heat-treating a treating object W, a heating chamber 10 for heat-treating the treating object W, a heat exchange chamber 20 for housing a high-temperature treating object W2 which is heat-treated in the heating chamber together with a low-temperature treating object W1 which is not heat-treated and for performing heat exchange between the high-temperature treating object and the low-temperature treating object, a cooling chamber 30 for cooling the heat-treated object W after the heat exchange, and a transfer unit 40 for carrying in and out the treating object W to the chambers. The treating object W is carried in and out in a state of sealing between the transfer unit and at least the heating chamber and the heat exchange chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
