Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment furnace capable of efficiently recovering lubrication oil dirtying the inside thereof, and a method for using the same.SOLUTION: A heat treatment furnace 10 for heat-treating a workpiece W stuck with lubrication oil L comprises: a furnace body 11 for storing the workpiece; a gas feed system 12 connected to the furnace body to feed an atmospheric gas into the furnace; a heater 13 provided at the furnace body to raise the temperature of the inside of the furnace to heat the workpiece and to vaporize the lubrication oil; a gas exhaust system 14 connected to the furnace body to exhaust an exhaust gas, resulting from mixing the atmospheric gas with the lubrication oil L inside the furnace, to the outside of the furnace; a gas cooler 15 connected to the gas exhaust system, to cool the exhaust gas and liquefy the lubrication oil L so as to be separated from the exhaust gas; and a lubrication oil recovery system 16 connected to the gas cooler to recover the liquefied lubrication oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
