Abstract:

To sufficiently close a treated object passing port formed between heat treatment chambers in a furnace body of a heat treatment furnace.

A wall body 31 is disposed inside of the furnace body 5 of this heat treatment furnace 3, and the passing port 41 through which the treated object 2 is passed, is formed on the wall body 31. Further an opening and closing door 51 is disposed to open and close the passing port 41. The opening and closing door 51 comprises a door main body 91, and an ear portion 93 disposed at an outer side of the door main body 91, and made of a material substantially hardly deformed in comparison with the wall body 31. When the passing port 41 is closed by the opening and closing door 51, the ear portion 93 is brought into contact with the wall body 31.
