Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment furnace having improved maintainability.SOLUTION: A heat treatment furnace comprises a chamber which stores a workpiece as an object to be heated and in which an annular flange is formed at the edge part, heating means for heating the internal space of the chamber, a plate member having an annular first contact face in contact with the flange of the chamber, in which the first contact face is provided with an annular first packing sealing a gap with the flange, and having a first cooling water passage cooling the first packing at the inside and a pedestal in contact with a second contact face on the side opposite to the first contact face of the plate member. The plate member is removably contacted to the flange of the chamber and the pedestal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
