Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment furnace capable of eliminating or reducing a space between the edge face of a nozzle header and a cover body opening/closing the opening port of the nozzle header.SOLUTION: A heat treatment furnace 10 for heating a workpiece W comprises: a heat treatment chamber 2 arranged with the workpiece W to be heat-treated; a cooling nozzle 4 jetting a cooling fluid to the heat treatment chamber 2; a nozzle header 5 fitted to the heat treatment chamber 2 and feeding the cooling fluid to the cooling nozzle 4; a cover body 6 opening/closing an opening port 5b of the nozzle header 5; and a movement mechanism 7 moving the nozzle header 5 in such a manner that the nozzle header 5 approaches and is separated from the cover body 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
