Abstract:
To enhance yield of a product by inhibiting a warp of a web in a pneumatic-floating type heat treatment device.
When a heat treatment is carried out to the web W while the web W is conveyed in the longitudinal direction in the state that it is floated by blowing an air to at least one vertical side surface of the band-like web W, a side edge of the web W is supported from the side wherein a warp is generated in the width direction by the heat treatment and is rolled-in using the warp inhibition support 10 separately prepared.
