Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat-treatment oil composition hardly causing color unevenness when combining a black-coloring treatment therewith, also causing seizing of a blackish brown sludge or the like and excellent in rust-proofing properties, and further to obtain the repeatedly usable heat-treatment oil composition besides the before heat-treatment oil composition. SOLUTION: This heat-treatment oil composition is obtained by blending (a) at least one kind of metallic compound selected from zinc thiophosphate compound, molybdenum thiophosphate compound, zinc thiocarbamate compound and molybdenum thiocarbamate compound, (b) a dihydrocarbylpolysulfide compound, and (c) an ester of phosphoric acid. The heat-treatment oil composition can contain (d) an acid amide compound or an acid imide compound besides the before composition.
