Abstract:
To provide a heat-treatment oil composition comprising an oil-based heat-treatment oil, having high cooling performance and generating suppressed amount of lampblack in the heat-treatment such as hardening process and provide a heat-treatment oil composition causing little change of the cooling performance with time.
The heat-treatment oil composition is produced by compounding a vapor-film breaking agent to a base oil composed of a hydrogenated α-olefin oligomer having a kinematic viscosity of 4-15 mm
