PURPOSE: To provide a heat vaporization introducing device of which performance is improved both in reproducibility and in sensitivity.
CONSTITUTION: In a vaporizing chamber 3 formed of an insulation base frame 1 and a cover body 2, a cuvette 4 and a mesh-type extraction electrode 5 are contained. The cuvette 4 is connected and held to connect forward ends of rod-type electrodes 6, 7 to each other. The extraction electrode 5 is held by an arm 9 installed on a forward end of a rod-type electrode 8, and it is disposed to be positioned above the cuvette 4. In the vaporizing chamber 3, carrier gas is introduced through an introducing tube 10 to be discharged from a discharge tube 11 provided at an upper part of the cover body 2 and supplied to a plasma torch 12. To the cuvette 4, a heating current is supplied from a heating power source 13 through the electrodes 6, 7, and a voltage is applied between the cuvette 4 and the extraction electrode 5 from a high voltage power source.
